Data mining

Funky Cells ToolBox for data mining 

I have been leading the development of a novel data mining software - Funky Cells ToolBox (www.FunkyCells.com). The software integrates in Microsoft Excel and is therefore easy to master for scientist for whom script based software such as R, Stata etc. are beyond reach.

The software was first developed to perform polyfunctionality analysis, but has since grown to include modules that will help the user with the following tasks:

1. Boolean combination gate analysis (biomedical flow cytometry data)

2. Pivot Table Control

3. Next generation sequencing analysis (high-throughput combination of sequence and quality metrics). 

4. Peptide analysis (physicochemical properties).

5. Data cleaning (find data which is mistyped and join data)

6. Scatter Plot (high-throughput and automated creation of category scatter plots without need for data exportation, similar to what you can obtain in GraphPad Prism (not high-throughput) and R beeswarm).

8. Track Function (follow certain cell values while modifying a given cell with a range of values).
