Funky Cells is a software package that allows you to analyze combinatorial boolean gating data from flow cytometry analysis.
The software was developed within the Microbiota & Immune Trajectory team co-directed by Martin LARSEN and Delphine SAUCE within the Center of Immunology and Inflammatory diseases (CIMI-Paris, Inserm U1135) in Paris, France.
