Funky Cells is dedicated to the development of software, which is readily accessible to users with no programming skills or even more skilled users that wish to save time in initial data mining.

Our softwares Funky Cells ToolBox and Funky Cells PowerApps will integrate in the users Microsoft Office software package. The user therefore stay in a known software environment, which makes our software particularly easy to master.

The software includes a large number of utilities for data mining of complex datasets including, multiparametric data analysis, high-throughput comparative scatter plots, pivot table control, next generation sequencing utilities (B cell receptor and T cell receptor analysis) and much more. 

A special part of the software package is dedicated to the analysis of flow cytometry data based on boolean combination gate analysis. This part includes an analytical platform for cellular polyfunctionality analysis, including the polyfunctionality index algorithm, which was invented recently by Dr. Martin LARSEN (Larsen et al. PLoS One 2012, Boyd et al. PLoS One 2015).
