Thanks for the wonderful software. it is of immense help in analyzing multidimensional data using funkycell. I am trying to calculate polyfunctionality index of the three combination of two major effector molecules using the software. I am able to get frequencies of the three desired combinations but have no idea how to calculate polyfunctionality index for the same. Please help.
